The Park policy is no pets. You’ll have to leave them at home. Can I bring in something to drink? You may bring in closed (sealed) bottles of water or soda ONLY. This is the zip code for New Mexico State Fairgrounds and you may find it is raining in Las Cruces or else where in Dona Ana County , but not at the fairgrounds. Our summer storms are sporadic and pass quickly. The festival will not close unless weather is extreme or dangerous. Otherwise, we appreciate the cooling effect of the rain and continue the celebration. There will be no refunds for weather-related reasons. What sort of payment do you accept?
